Robotics hobbyist, Keith Rowell, was our January guest. He brought many little robots to show off. We discussed the practical aspects, the far reaching consequences, and the just plain fun of robotics in every day life and in the future. Our youngest member, Cheyenne Sides (age 8 months), tried to catch the 'track' robot as it moved on its own around the room, avoiding objects and grasping hands. The dog robot was a big hit.
